I been in town for the week and each day I have came into marble slab. Nearly Every visit I have been greeted by the manager Ms.... Ashley. 9/23 she wasn?t busy so I had a few moments to speak to her. She is a Rare diamond! I have never met someone socompassionate and having such a strong drive to provide service to her community. We need more People like her in this world. Ihave watched her be packed out the door serving each customer at a time by herself holding a smile on i pface and making sureeach customer is satisfied. Apologizing to each customer for the wait due to being under staffed. Milkshakes has always beenmade to perfection with the milk and icecream ratio. And she garnishes it to picture perfection. Icecream is absolutelydelicious and I can?t wait to stop in to try those seasonal flavors she mentioned that?s coming to the menu. Read more

Love love love this place. However, on a recent visit we realized the ice cream wasn't as creamy as it normally was. Plus the... cotton candy flavor was not as sweet and there was no flavor to it. We loved having free mix ins. Service was ok, except I wishthey had one person doing the register and not going back and forth handling money and food simultaneously. There were 3 sets offolks in line waiting to cash out..but all the 4 staff members were busy still serving ice creams. That was odd, so a littlemanagement of staff would have made our check out faster and smoother. Seating inside is limited, but they do have outdoorseating, along with seating from the mall itself. Be prepared to wait a bit, if busy, but they move pretty quickly. Would loveto see more staff enthusiasm though....in terms of smiling faces....it's ice cream ! Coincides with being a happy treat. Newclosing hours as of Sept 2022 is 8pm and not 9 pm as stated online. Will continue to support this local business and hope theystay for years to come. Read more

It's been so long since I'd had Marble Slab that I'd forgotten how many toppings they mix into your ice cream. The ice cream was... excellent as always. I got a regular waffle cone and it was a little stale, but still sweet. No complaints about the service.They definitely scratch your ice cream itch. Read more

This was my first time ordering an icecream cake from Marble Slab/Maggie Moo's. I requested pickup for today, June 17, 2022 at... 11:15 am. The cake was for my daughter's birthday. I arrived at Bridge St. At 11:05 since the whole place opens at 11:00 am.When I got to the store, there were already a few families waiting outside. I thought that they were just relaxing on the seatsbut when I went to open the door, I found that it was locked. One of the couples said, "No one is there." The families left soonafter that. 11:15 rolls around and still no one. My daughter and I walk around the mall for a few minutes but it's 95 degreesand too miserable. I called the number listed but no one answered. We end up sitting in front of the store and waiting. WhileI'm waiting I start looking up alternative stores that sell ice cream cakes since it looks like no one is showing up. At 11:45,a man walks past us, unlocks the door, walks in and locks it behind him. A few minutes later he opens the door, pokes his headout and says "Ya'll just picking up a cake? Cuz I can't make ice cream." I said yes and he let's us in, finds the cake and handsit to me. No, "Sorry for the wait", "We're understaffed" or anything.
