There were two bugs that crossed our path as we were dining at the table. Once we told management they suggested that everything... was fine and it was normal due to the wood in the building. We were offered different seating but all food was bland and drinks(sweet tea/lemonade) were watered down. Brownie was more of a chocolate cake rather than a brownie. Well my husband called in an order after driving 500 miles all day to pick up. Ordered a well done burger. Walked over to pick... up order and was given dried out overfried chicken strips. Upon getting back to the hotel and seeing this walked back to therestaraunt and was given his burger that had sat there 20 + mins. Got back to the room to discover it was almost raw when welldone was ordered and bun was soggy to to the touch. Went back to the restaraunt and was told they would remake the burger onlyto return to the hotel to open the container and find another raw burger. Was never offered a refund , discount or nothing. Theburger with potatoe and sald was $24. No standards what so ever. Absolutely awful service and food. B-B-Q needed a little more time to fall of the bone. 2 ???? mostly about waiting time. Started with forgetting water then... getting plates before appetizers. We saw 2 more tables around us with different issues handled by management, so I guess beaware of anything in this location. Read more
I want to start by saying we had the best waiter! Brittany was sooo awesome, Everyone was nice even the host went out his way to... make us feel welcomed. Brittany had Great Customer service and was so sweet, enjoyed talking to her and venting about the food.She checked in on us to make sure we was good while waiting on our food, It was completely dead in there and the food still tookforever to come out so I'm sure they were short staffed like everywhere in the world. I would give her 10 stars! We definitelytipped her well cause great service/ hard work is so hard to find this day in time! I'm so disappointed with the company. Thiswas our first time coming back since covid and everything is different. Logan's use to be my favorite resturant /go to!! Theyhave taken away everything me and my family. loved and went there for. Them menus look so sad no good options like before. Ithought it was missing a page. The food was fresh but everything was overcooked and taste like it came from the freezer in agrocery store. They did away with the bone in wings and only have boneless also did away with the good trio appetizers. Thetenders are not the same the skin falls off and tastes burnt. Then they took away my all time favorite cheese sticks! The onesthey have now have no flavor big bulky and over cooked. It's so sad how inflation is taking over and these companies. They arecharging more but getting cheaper products nothing tasted good but the rolls. They also took away there fries and now havewaffle fries that taste like chick fil lay! Not good. I had a Togo order and I?m so irritated on how it turned out. The bread is literally raw and tastes like alcohol. I... didn?t even get my side salad for my steak entree. The chicken for my salad looks like the portion size for a small child not anadult. Not to mention I couldn?t get any help when I walked it. Just absolutely disappointing to spend my hard earned money onhalf edible and missing things. I just wanted a good meal. I certainly won?t be back. Read more
