I'll be honest, cooking for the masses is not easy. You're not gonna make everyone happy, and when it comes to BBQ, people are... picky. I personally like Lawler's. I've been eating there for over 10 years. Is it the best? Maybe not, but it's consistentlygood. This location has great customer service, and I haven't had any order issues. Read more
Every Tuesday is tattertwofer so this is a must stop. Concealed carry friendly, Christian-friendly, indifferent to humor... highlighting funny but true/objectively prejudiced differences/similarities of different sects of Christianity such as but notspecifically inclusive of, why would one prefer the company of two Baptists while fishing? (Not gonna ruin it, Google it), sweetlady hits on me sometimes and makes me feel good which from a purely selfish perspective and/or self esteem booster is reason initself to make a weekly appearance, food often provides for either two meals or a very uncomfortable next morning, and it'sbecause one will drink all your beer. I worked here in the 2010s.... great food and portions....now they give you a $10 potato with little meat no sour cream and a... little cheese...... 1 or 2 chives.....I also wanted extra meat on one and they both came with little meat..... THEY NEVER HAVETHE CHICKEN DONT ASK... I would not recommend this place maybe try another but I think the same people own em all so we arepretty much screwed. Read more
My husband and I had planned a very short notice picnic with our kids this Saturday for Mother?s Day and we had decided to eat... Lawlers for our outing! My husband and I walked into the spotless, deliciously smelling establishment on South Parkway and wewere not disappointed! The staff was super friendly and very helpful! Heather, the cashier addressed our questions and evenhelped us get what we wanted even though it wasn?t exactly on the menu. We came in around 3 o?clock and business in the drivethru started to pick up while they were working hard to make our food, no one stressed out or even raised a voice! We willdefinitely be coming back and recommending this business to anyone who says they are looking for a place to eat!! Thank you tothe entire restaurant on South Parkway in Huntsville Al!! The BBQ pork at Lawler's was quite good. The pork was moist and not overdone. It also had good flavor. The restaurant was... exceptionally neat and clean. The prices were very reasonable. I split a pork plate with a companion with one extra side and itwas more than enough food. Total bill was about $18.00 which is very reasonable. There is a good menu; typical BBQ restaurantfare. The sides are not exceptional but still good. There are something like 13 locations for Lawler's now in the area. Thecompany appears to have a loyal following--no doubt because of the good BBQ and cleanliness of their restaurants. Read more
LawLers Barbecue is a true Southern BBQ chain. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. I... am always on the go and usually don't have to for a sit in meal at the restaurant so I usually get the pulled pork by the poundwhich is so good I have it for lunch several days in a row. But my favorite is the Pork Nachos!!! They are always hot, cheesyand fresh. The Nachos include round crunchy corn chips, pulled pork, cheese, sour cream and Jalapeno peppers. I love theflavor of the peppers but cannot eat them due to the heat. The Nachos are a substantial lunch meal and reasonably priced at$6.97. It also comes with a small cup of tangy BBQ sauce. An additional cup of BBQ sauce is only $.30. Lawlers has the best,fresh sweet tea. If you like Southern BBQ for just you or the whole family visit one of Lawlers many locations in Huntsvilleand the surrounding area. Bon Apetite! Read more
