We have been to this location twice within the past month, and I can guarantee we will not be back! The management of this... location is rude and unwilling to work with his customers. During our first visit, my husband found several 6 inch long hairs INhis burrito. The manager said it wasn't possible and immediately looked at my daughter and me. We don't have hair that is 6inches long. He reluctantly gave us my husband's meal at no cost. We reluctantly went back, deciding to give this locationanother chance. The food was good, and our wait staff was great, but once again the manager was rude when we noted we had aproblem with our bill. We had been given a gift card to use and when the staff ran it they said it was showing a zero balance. Ichecked the card online and it clearly showed it had a 75.00 balance. I even showed this to the manager. The staff tried runningthe card again, and it was obvious the card reader was not reading it, but rather than type in the numbers manually the managergave some lame excuse about only being able to use the gift cards at the location where they were purchased! Please! He justdidn't want to bother. I even called the other location to see if they would honor a gift card purchased somewhere other thantheir location and THEY told me that the gift cards are good at ANY location! We used to really enjoy this location, evensupported it while everything was shut down, but no more. The manager has ruined for us!!! Read more

Goood place for Mexican food, used to be real good now days it?s okay, their food quality going south lately. Service is fast... and friendly. Time goes on food quality going south, if they want to maintain their popularity keep up with foodquality. Update, Price gone skyrocketing not the food quality. Read more

I had enchiladas suzias, they were just ok. The price was about $13 & what I got was worth it I?d say, a good big plate. I took... most of it home. They didn?t skimp on the food. I didn?t care for the salsa that tasted too tomatoey & the chips had a greasyaftertaste. The service was great but the food ain?t all that. Read more

If they're not busy, you will NEVER get your food. Came in alone, got seated, ordered, waited over 30 minutes until I decided to... leave. There were maybe 20 customers in the restaurant. They weren't busy. Was my order just too much for the kitchen tohandle? Did the manager (who took my order) forget I was there? Either way, they SUCK. Only go here if you have an hour or moreto wait for them to bring you something to eat. Otherwise, go to the DMV. It's faster. Read more

I?ve been eating here for a few years. Overall, I would say it is a really good Mexican restaurant. The fiesta plate is... fantastic, and you get your money?s worth with the portion. Service is generally good, they?ve had a couple times that theymessed up my to go order (which is why I did four stars instead of five), so if you place one just double check and make surethey charge you for the food you ordered and they give you everything you need for the order. If you are in the area and looking for a really good spot to eat with family, friends, or your significant other, this is... definitely the spot! First off our server, Heidi, was absolutely amazing. We had a party of 13 and she catered to our everyneed, while remaining polite the entire time. Kudos to her and her spectacular customer service! Next the drink and food werespot on. I ordered a pineapple margarita but it was a bit sweet so I asked Heidi if she could add a hint of lemon. She gave methe option of lemon or lime and I selected lime, good choice that was. I got the medium size so make sure if you choose that youare not the DD lastly the food was hot and seasoned to perfection. I ordered Angel's Plate which is chicken, steak, shrimp, andground beef in a fried tortilla with a side of Mexican rice. I did expect the rice to be a bit kore flavorful. Regardless thetortilla was beautifully crunchy, and the meat was tantalizingly tender. Their prices are in the mid range but so worth theflavors and service that they provide. Booths, tables, and bar seating is available; and if you're looking to purchase analcoholic beverage they do follow identification protocols (so make sure you have your I.D on you). I will be adding Las TrojasCantina to my top restaurants to visit whenever I am in Huntsville! Read more
