Placed a drive through order about 8 o'clock and got asked to pull up and wait. We sat there 30 minutes. In this time we... witnessed a homeless woman come in off the street and take out all the trash and replace the bags. She was given a bag of foodand then left. Once the 30 minutes had elapsed I went up and knocked on the door to ask about my food. This is when I was toldthe grills were shut down and the other employee was leaving and the manager was alone. She swore she told me this before Iplaced my order, neither me or my girlfriend remember that ever being said. She then got an attitude when I asked for a refund?I'm not sure what the problems the store faced but this was ridiculous. Read more
They usually have some of the best grits. When you can get them, & there is no hair in them. When I find hair in my grits I... usually take a break from going to Krystals for a while. It kind of spoils my appetite, if you know what I mean. They normallyhave sunrises only, before approximately 8:30am. Usually after 8:30am is when they start sell grits, if & when they do havethem. Sometimes they run out of grits, tho. Although its not uncommon to have to sit in the line about 25 minutes before youfind out that they don?t have any grits for the day or have ran out of grits. I don?t usually buy anything else other thangrits. There sandwiches are usually just too soggy for my liking. There bacon & sausages taste weird to me. Their hours online as well as the sign they have on the parkway say ?open 24/7? but they are apparently not. I went at 4:15 am... and while the woman was there, with the drive thru radio on her head, sitting at the drive thru window telling me ?we areclosed? but if they?re closed?. Why does the sign say open 24/7? Why was she there? Why were the lights on? Why did she have theheadset on? I sat and patiently waited for someone to take my order for only about 30 seconds and she said ?welcome to Krystalwe are closed? I don?t believe her, I just think the people who work the night shift do not want to actually work. My food was warm, fresh, and served to me quickly! The only issue that I had was the bloated and molded ceiling tiles. The... ceiling registers were also rusty in spots. Read more
