I usually don't write negative reviews, but this KFC earned every bit of it. We went inside to place an order to go on a... Saturday around 4 pm. The manager was belligerent and just said "The lobby is closed, go to the drive through" repeatedly, andwould not even answer a question about how long it would take to fill a large order (two 16-piece meals). When we went throughthe drive through, to place the order, he said it would take 25 minutes. Thankfully no one was behind us so we were able to gobackwards to get out of the drive through. We ordered two Nashville hot chicken tenders' combo. First, the drinks were trash. When they gave us the food they put mashed... potatoes in the bag, instead of fries (the meal comes with fries). My husband went into the KFC and told them we didn't ordermashed potatoes, but they told him they ran out of fries. Why not tell us that in the beginning when we were ordering at theintercom??? We would have understood. We had our mouths set on eating some fries. They didn't include the pickles that came withit also! Read more
If I could leave a no star review I would. This location said their drive thru computer went down and asked for me to come... inside to order. I ordered and I waited for more than 30 minutes. They prioritize online orders over in store orders. A line acustomers formed and 10 people walked out after having to wait. Read more

A white female working the drive thru at 6pm November 9thTuesday night. Stole my money. I added mashed potatoes at the window,... so the price changed. Paid her. Drove off! Didn?t have the potatoes, nor did she put them on our receipt! She used the countback method and pocket our money. When I confronted her. She Had a cup with an unknown substance chunked in my face and messedup my brand new card interior and exterior also wetting up my 80 year old mother?s clothes , food our phone and our Brahmin bagsvalued over $1000. Food was terrible. Beyond chicken is off the menu and no more potato wedges! Ordered the fries instead, but the were old and... gross. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were also a huge disappointment. The line was also super long in the drive through. Iwould have left, but once you're in line you're stuck! Read more
