This place is amazing!!! The atmosphere looks modern and different. I don't feel like I'm walking into an out-dated or ritzy... dining place. There are tables, stools, indoor and outdoor seating and you can pick where you want to sit. The place was cleanand had a pleasant smell. The service from the people at the front was very pleasant. They were kind, patient, super friendly,and helpful. The service from people bringing out orders was also very nice. Everyone there had a nice attitude and theygenuinely seemed like they wanted everyone to have a good experience. The food was on another level. Normally I am VERY pickybecause I don't like eating the same generic tasting stuff. The Takoyaki was outstanding. It was crispy on the outside, gooey onthe inside, the flavors were delicious. The Kara-ge was also amazing. It was crispy and crunchy and the chicken was not rubberyor old tasting. The flavor was really good! I had the spicy miso ramen and my husband had the kontatsu ramen. The broth for bothwas rich, slightly thick, flavorful, and not insanely salty. There was a good ratio of soup to noodles + toppings. Nothing wasover-cooked, the pork belly was soft and fatty, the tofu was delightful and the eggs were perfect. The portions are generous andvery filling. The pricing is fair for what you get. 10/10 this is going to be a new favorite spot. Read more

From the decor to the attentive employees, Kamodo Ramen did not disappoint! This Mid City Concept has a wonderful team of... employees and an owner who is present and accessible. Funky vibes from the music, decor and big screen featuring Japanesecartoons all added to the experience. We had the pork bun and Gyoza appetizers. Both were great but the bun took the prize withits BBQ flavor. For entrees we got the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Vegetable Ramen. Wow is all I can say for the vegetable broth,kale noodles and vegetable combo in the vegetable ramen bowl!! Very friendly and helpful employees made our experiencefantastic! We will see you soon. Let's just say I love this place. It's very trendy when it comes to the decor and aesthetic. The iconic One Piece wall was... everything, and the anime playing at all times. The food was amazing, I highly recommend the Shoyu Ramen it's very light and soyou don't feel heavy afterwards. I got lucky and win the free ramen voucher twice now ^3^.
