Fast food on the go pop in shop. If you pass one, go inside and eat in less than 2-5 minutes.
One of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch or early diner. Cheap, fast, fresh, and good. They train their employees well,... or at least hire kind people. I know its a chain, but it feels at home on the courthouse square. Read more
The food was ok, but the service was not. We ordered 2 subs online for pickup. There was no option to add a cup of water. (Only... bottles which cost as much as a coke). When we arrived there was no parking, so I hopped out while wife circled the block. Ipicked up our food and asked for a water cup. They refused unless I paid 50¢ for the cup. My wallet was in the car (since wehad already paid), and I pointed out the credit card company would charge them about 40¢ to run the transaction anyway, butthat 10¢ they would profit was much too important, so we had to go without water. I really hate writing negative reviews. But... I realize there is a staff shortage post-pandemic. However, as I'm writing... this, it has been 2 hours since I ordered my food, and nothing. When I called an hour ago, I was told that my food would behere at my office shortly. Then I called 30 minutes ago, and I was told that the driver was back and the guy at this JJ's toldme that he wasn't sure why his driver was back without delivering my food. I called 10 minutes ago, and he had sent his driverback out with a fresh order and that his driver delivered the original sandwich to the wrong Suite 3 (there is no other Suite3). Yet, I am still waiting and very hungry... it's not like I can even post a picture of my non-existent food. I'm not surewhat's going on, but this is not ok.... Read more
Two stars because the sandwich was good. But 0 stars for the customer service. The staff all but one girl was rude and... complaining out loud about having customers, saying ?there?s a bunch of other places to eat over here so if you can wait 15-30minutes then go somewhere else?. I understand the staffing issues but this store had 5-6 people they were well staffed.Hopefully they can turn this poor customer service around. And the nice girl should be promoted! Read more
I was supposed to meet Eric R1 Johnson here but he stood me up. So I had a #5 vino sandwich. It was fantastic and came out... quickly. The delicious BBQ kettle chips combined with the filling and luxurious sub made me forget about my wayward sidekick. Iam glad my companion did not show up as there didn't seem to be a children's menu and the booths are a little too high up forhim. I later found out that he mistakenly went to Jimmy's. Read more
Jimmy John?s is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat, so I?m extremely disappointed in my experience today. I... ordered for myself and for my mom (it was her first time-I told her how great it was and she decided to try it), and it washorrible. We got Totally Tunas, what I get every single time I go there, and they were SO SALTY they gave her a headache, andneither one of us could finish our sandwiches even though we were super hungry. They are currently in the trash. And when I wentto pick up my order I had to hand piece together each part of my order by myself because it wasn?t in the bag with mysandwiches, and I got no heads up or prompting, so if I hadn?t checked the bag I would have missed out on the majority of myorder. The two guys working in there clearly didn?t care or want to be there and were little to no help even though I was theonly person in there. I?m extremely disappointed because I planned on coming here all the time now that I am working downtown.We will walk to Melt drive to Taco Bell or go literally anywhere else the next time we need food.
