I asked all three employees and they all said that this was the correct amount of turkey because they have to weigh it now. I'm... not sure how well it shows in this photo but there is almost no meat on this sandwich. They never have bread after 7pm. This is the second time no bread. No, I do not want a bowl nor wrap. Just close the store for... the remaining of the evening. Placed online order today at 11:21, says available pickup at 11:36. I arrived at 11:40 and food was not made yet. I finally got... my food and left at 12:22. While I was there I watched as the online order receipts were being printed from the machine, theemployee took them off, let them hit the floor as he pulled them apart and then while they were making the sandwiches theyplaced the printed receipts on the cut bread as it they sat on the counter. This is definitely a health hazard since thosereceipts touched the dirty floor and then placed on the bread after it was cut in half. Unfortunately I will no longer be goingto this location on University. I will make the extra drive to Madison Blvd to know my meal is made in a timely manner andreceipts are not placed on customers food. Read more

Be prepared to wait. I love their subs, but they clearly haven't figured out how to balance walk-in and online orders. I walked... in with only 1 person in front of me. I didn't get my sub for 35 minutes! One philly cheesesteak... over half an hour... withnearly no one but online orders in front of me. Read more
Do not go to this location unless you have 30-40 minutes to wait on a single sandwich. Don?t even think about asking where said... sandwich is(after 30 minutes) because the employees will be incredibly rude. Only 3 people were ahead of me in the entire storeand their orders took just as long. I guarantee 15 delivery orders went out by the time I got my single sandwich. Me & my co worker eat here at least once a week. The staff is very friendly. The food is superb. Fresh produce, crispy bacon.... Premium cheese and meat. The mini is the perfect size for me. The hot sandwiches are excellent as well. We love it here! Read more
