We placed an order to pick-up around 3pm. The store is listed as being open until 9pm. The business accepted our money and the... order was processed on the website giving us a pick-up time in 30mins. We arrived a few minutes early to find the businessCLOSED? An employee came to the door and explained that they were closed and our money could not be returned today. They statedour money would be returned in 3-4 days? this is unacceptable business! We will never order from this business again. I wonderexactly how many customers they have done this to??? I will be reporting them further. They have stolen our money. Didn't like the service. Guy had his bracelet dragging through my food, started talking to people without first getting their... attention, had long hair hanging out over his visor instead of in a pony tall, and couldn't manage to wrap the sandwich so thatit was fully covered and just gave it to me that way. I stopped here to support Jersey Mike?s today. 100% of the purchases made today would go to support Special Olympics. They were... very busy and there may have been occasional confusion, but there was more than a full crew there working really hard to prepareorders! I wanted to add, as well, that Jersey Mike slices their meats once the order is placed AND they are very generous withtheir portions! Every sandwich is beyond delicious! It was a pretty tasty sandwich. The bread was crispy with a bit of chew. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. It really was a good... sandwich.
