Possibly the worst communication skills and customer service I?ve ever seen. Very disrespectful that the staff had turned their... backs on me as I walked in and waited which seemed like forever for someone to acknowledge me. I asked a few questions to tryto break the ice but they returned short yes and no answers as if they didn?t want anything to do with me. I give this a 4star because the actual spicy chicken sub itself was pretty darn good! Unfortunately, I don?t think I?ll be able to get overthe customer service. Bad attitude. Bad service. They got my order wrong. I ordered hook and ladder without onions and they made it with onions. I... went in to ask the man if I said something wrong. He had a look on his face like, aawww man, I forgot to take off onions but henever spoke. The manager took over the conversation and said we just had bad communication.
