First time eating at Firehouse Subs? very disappointed. One sub was over sauced which caused the bread to be too soggy to eat. I... requested no sauce on the other sub and there was sauce of some kind. We did not eat any of this sub. This is my favorite Firehouse location. Always smooth, easy transactions. The Firehouse on Memorial Parkway isn't so great. I... typically get the SmokeHouse brisket and cheddar sub on wheat, and an unsweet tea with lime, and both are always really good.
