It was so delicious of course! However, they are severely understaffed and overwhelmed. They forgot to make my drink and I had... to go up and ask about it. It took awhile for someone to come to the counter and ask what I needed and then took awhile for themto find someone to make my drink. There were no napkins in the holder and the women's restroom was out of toilet paper. Normallythis would warrant a lower review but they are just overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid. Kenny, Jmayah, Sarah are super sweet and the best people I've ever met. I've never had a better experience at Dunkin until I... came to this location. Please make sure they are taken care of. It is hard to find good employees, and they were the bestemployees/people. Yall were awesome and I will be back. I will make the drive to see them again. Absolutely no wait time. Update! I am changing my review and my rating... I have been very pleasantly surprised at the changes in staff, the improved... service, and the donut racks are full. Go check out the Dunkin Donuts in Jones Valley. You won't be disappointed! OldReview: The staff is rude, and they run out of donuts quickly. I don't know who the manager is, but whoever it is he or sheneeds to pay closer attention to these reviews and to the employees. Read more
