Wife and I went there. We ordered the ribs. It was terrible. Meat was not cooked enough. Was really tough. The BBQ sauce is... awful. The meat had no smoke flavor. Dont understand how there can stay in business. Side orders was not that good either. Wewill not be back. Read more
I googled bbq restaurants in the area. 5 star reviews across the board. Even had sausage on the menu. My husband and I ordered a... slab of ribs and sausage. These were the TOUGHEST ribs we've ever had. They definitely needed to be smoked a few more hours.Sausage was just ok. Sweet tea was awesome. Our waitress Latoya was one of the nicest people! Was really looking forward to going to Dreamland. Haven't been in many years down in Tuscaloosa. This was not the Dreamland I... remember. Everyone was super friendly, however the food was no where near the Tuscaloosa location. Very little meat on theribs. Could not even enjoy all the stuff on the walls due to the smoke. They had fans blowing and doors open, but it reallydidn't help. Our eyes were still watering when we got on the highway headed home. Our clothes reeked of smoke. Only savinggrace was everyone was extremely friendly. The hostess was very welcoming. Our waitress was also just as friendly. We alsospoke to another waitress who was extremely nice and helpful.
