Ordered lunch online for the family when I was in Huntsville and thought the good name of Dickey's Barbecue would be good place.... I was wrong. The brisket was 90 percent fat, the pull pork was hard or fatty. And the bread rolls were hard as a rock. Hopethey use my $80.00 donation to the Restaurant to get a book on Barbecuing from Big Bob Gibson. Read more

My family and I had a great experience at this location. There were only two workers and they kept all orders moving, stayed... polite and courteous to everyone coming and going out. By far their customer service was top notch, and the food tasted great. Ihad three kids and they were so kind to them as well. We will be making this a regular food stop. Read more

My family absolutely loves Dickey?s. The barbecue is top notch. All the sides are delicious. And the free ice cream helps make... it a good value any day I?d the week, but the Kids Eat Free on Sundays deal makes it a GREAT value. And we?ve always had goodservice! Read more
I gave the review 2 stars because the food was pretty good for a chain bbq restaurant but I had issues. I made an online order... for pick up at lunch time. When I arrived my food was ready and I was able to walk in, pick it up and walk out. When I got backto my office, I noticed I didn't get one of my sides. This is especially irritating as not only did I already go back to work,but the portions are really small considering the $16 price I paid. (With tax). So this is why the 2 star rating. Read more
We just left and are visiting from OREGON. When my husband suggested BBQ I absolutely groaned. From my experience BBQ is either... spot on perfection or garbage. This was the former!!?? The food was AMAZING! The service? Even better! When we were going toleave I asked my husband if he tipped. He said the card was swiped and he wasn't given the opportunity. Neither of us had anycash and we feel horrible! If ANYONE deserved a tip it was to the 2 individuals behind the counter. The gentleman was kind andfast. The older woman was just as kind, gracious and just a warm person. Please accept my apologies and know I will catch ya allagain! Read more
