The cookies are huge, I got a major sweet tooth and I can?t even eat a whole one at once. The flavors could be stronger overall.... Lemon isn?t that lemony, peanut butter isn?t that buttery, etc. But they are fresh, always changing which makes you want to trysomething that catches your eye. I?ve had a few that were amazing like a chocolate brownie one, and an oatmeal one. But thebasic cookie flavor is usually short bread so the flavoring is in the topping. Read more

the store was very crowded when we came, and they were out of two cookies - one of them was the one i was most excited about -... but i understand that it?s not their fault. we came on saturday night, so of course it was going to be crowded and slow. theyonly had 4 workers, and were doing their best. it took us almost an hour to get our cookies, but it?s always worth the wait. nobad reviews here! Love this company! They were able to help me be a bit of a super Grandma for my eldest Granddaughter. She wanted to bake for her... Dad but was feeling well and texted me about what to do. A few clicks and there was Crumbl Cookies ready to save the day. Iordered at 6 pm and they delivered a dozen warm yummy gourmet cookies to my Son?s house by 7:05 pm. Well Done!!! Read more

I went in the store and there was these group of girls making sloppy cookies while I watch the girl taking all of the orders not... just that while the girls where laughing the girl that is taking orders was getting cookies out of the oven and walking cookiesout for curbside I think the girl making cookies should get a raise and the other girls should get fired because they wherejoking on me and my friends and I was like what are they talking about and the girls where saying vulgar words saying thecookies looked like human waste and I was like this place is not a really good place to make you enjoy your cookies whenthinking about them say ing the cookies looked like human waste and the cookies me and my friends took 1 but out of all of themwhere gooey and undercooked just a heads up do not eat at crumble in Jones valley not a pleasant place! :( Read more

Excited to try these cookies but was left a little disappointed. There were so many people but nothing was getting done. The... cookies are impressively large and colorfully decorated. Was surprised at the sheer size of these cookies and how much theyweighed when I picked up the box. The excitement soon came to a quick halt when three of my cookies were completely undercookedin the middle. Needless to say the box was left in my hotel room to be thrown in the garbage. Also ordered some of the icecream. Once again a little disappointed to find that the chocolate brownie had freezer burn ???? Possibly just an off day. Read more
