For most of Costco's history in Huntsville, the Food Court area has been very neglected. Sticky tables, junk on the floor,... trash left on tables -- all of this was common at most any time, along with the condiment area being a disaster zone forcross-contamination. I thought more than once about calling the health department. Instead one day I said I would if theydidn't clean it immediately (we couldn't find a place to sit down that wasn't gross), and you should have seen it get cleanedup. One positive note from the past -- in the kitchen area everything always looked very sanitary and the workers there weremoving constantly -- no laziness at all. My guess it that the management didn't provide the hours for proper dine-inmaintenance. But in the last year or so, HOWEVER, it has IMPROVED MARKEDLY. Much Better! Generally now I'm able easily tofind a clean table. The condiment area is in much better shape at any given time. I'd give 5 stars today, but based on such anissue for so long, I have to wait longer to see if it continues. I trust it will. Read more
