Best thing about this specific Cold Stone is the staff. Every time I go in, they are always friendly and smiling, and generally... happy to help you. Only downside is I've had to start ordering smaller sizes. No matter what size I order, it always seems toonly fit in a "Gotta Have It" bowl. Really clean place too, given all the COVID news. So I placed an order for pick up for Sunday evening and we had a cinnamon allergy and I called to let the store know. They went... above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of!! 100% recommend this store! They even left a little note on the icecream that shouldn?t have cinnamon and put the ice cream that had cinnamon in it in a completely separate bag! Read more
Great customer service busy restaurant
Went here over the weekend. Great flavors and amazing workers! I ended up getting the strawberry milkshake and it was phenomenal... the whipped cream on top was a nice treat! Only reason I am not leaving a 5-star review is because I went to place my keys andwallet on a table for a second and when I picked them up I realized the tables were extremely sticky.
