Terrible. Order two salads and at checkout they had no salad dressing. Fajita veggies were 100% raw the bell peppers were 0.5-1... inch thick. Store was really dirty. The employees were very nice, so I think this store needs to completely remove allmanagement and retrain the employees. I cannot recommend this store. Read more

Terrible experience. I love Chipotle, but the location on University Dr. is awful. Always out of something, It's 7pm and they... are out of chips, fajita veggies, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream. Two other patrons that left claimed it's a regular occurrenceat this location. Sadly, they had placed these items aside to support online orders until 9:40. The restaurant was not clean when we walked inside. The trash bins were full and the tables were dirty. There were plenty of... people behind the counter. They were all working together to get orders taken. I enjoyed my Chicken Burrito, but they need topay closer attention to the lobby area to make sure it stays tidy. Read more

Was the worst place to go for lunch. The line moved at a slow place, in the time it took for us to sit down and eat, only two... people were rung out. Mind you, the line was at the door the whole time. The food was bland with hardly any flavoring. The staffseemed like they were over the day, which was understandable, but they hardly acknowledged anyone. And didn?t give any cue thatthey heard your order. The place was absolutely FILTHY! The staff that I encountered were very nice. And the line was moving at a consistent pace. However, my burrito and bowl was... incredibly small compared to previous orders at this same establishment. My bowl had little to no rice and a handful of lettuceand salsa. And there was barley any chicken. My burrito had chicken but very little lettuce. I feel deeply sorry for the condition there. I?m sure they?re tired and short staffed during the busiest of hours. Happy workers... create a clean and efficient environment and workflow. To see each order slide down on old piles of sour cream and old crumbssliding back down into the prepped food was unappetizing once my food was ready. I eat a this store 4-5 a week my last 5 trips I?ve left 98 cents because they never have any change. This time I have 13 dollars... and was 3 Pennies short so I grab 3 pennies at the jar and the young lady got very smart with me and told me to out it back! SoI explained I?ve left more then 5 dollars in change and 3 cents shouldn?t be a problem. Ordered online food was ready when we arrived. Got it home opened it up and it was a mess. Ordered double meat, I had like five... pieces of meat in the whole burrito. Ordered light sour cream?.. burrito had more sour cream than meat. The sour cream wascoming out of the sides of the burrito. This has got to be the worst chipotle?s that I have ever had.
