I come to this location almost every week, on Friday mornings. The place has a busy drive thru, but inside isn't usually too... busy. The food is good, hot, and served quickly. Their dining room is clean, the condiment stand is neat and clean, and thestaff is, as always, a pleasure to work with, a "My Pleasure" always on their lips. Good, like you expect out of any Chick-fil-A visit. Check your bag before you leave though, because I have had things forgotten... at this location multiple times. Sometimes it's small things, like sauce, but once it was a whole salad. Read more
It's Chick-fil-A, great staff and great food. Only drawback is of course packed on lunchtime and dinner time, so best advice... would be to order online and pick up in store. (You could get it at the parking spot deliver to you but those might be full aswell) Read more

This Chick-fil-A location is one of the best and now oldest ones in Huntsville. They provide consistently fresh food and... exceptional customer service. Every time we have visited our fries have been hot and freshly made. I can?t say this about theother locations in town. They offer over a dozen curbside pick up parking spots as well as a relatively new double drive thru.When you enter, you must first circle the building to enter the drive thru. For a faster ordering experience, place your orderusing the mobile app and they will then check you in when you arrive. I highly recommend using the Chick-fil-A app as you canearn rewards like free food. After your visit, they occasionally extend the opportunity to complete a survey for a free sandwichthat can be done and redeemed through the app. Make sure to request the condiments. If you place a pickup order for inside thereis a pickup shelf they will place your order on when ready and there is a nice waiting area with couches directly across fromit. Read more
Super busy location, but always good. If you go during lunch I would definitely order ahead. The parking lot is too small for... the amount of business they do. Inside is clean with plenty of friendly staff who are pleasure to help you out. Read more
