Really should throw out the "express" in their name. They have 4-5 guys in the back working with the speed of two people and... take forever to stock fries. They have lesser options on their menu but somehow they take way longer than a traditionalChick-Fil-A. Just drive a few miles down to somewhere else because it'll end up being quicker than this mess. I see a lot of people posting reviews about the Wynn Dr. chick-fil-a location. This location is inside of UAH's food court and... is ran by a completely separate company, they are just licensed to sell Chick-Fil-A food. They don't have the full menu and youget everything yourself. If you are expecting the same kind of service and quality that you get at a traditional Chick-Fil-Arestaurant, you will be very disappointed. Read more
The worker Ashley was very rude and unprofessional today. She needs more training because her customer service skills are... horrible. I go to that chickfila about 4 times so week. This is my first horrible experience and definitely my last. I will notbe going back there. Read more

This is an express chickfila, so limited options and you just pick up what they've already made or you ask for grilled nuggets... or sandwich. Overall it's nice for a college student and right by the parking deck and housing. Read more
Fast when food is ready, slow when it isn't. This place isn't actually a full sized Chick-Fil-A it;s on of there "Express"... restaurants. As in, they don't have the full menu, just the essentials, nuggets, fries, sandwiches, etc. You walk up grab adrink and grab the items you need. This process can be incredibly fast, if the menu item your looking for is ready and there;'sno line. Otherwise, you end up waiting around for 5 minutes waiting for them to prepare it. Overall, the restaurant is clean andthe staff friendly. Great places to seat inside and out. Just don't come during rush hour and expect to have nugget and friesimmediately. Read more
One of the better on-campus dining options at UAH, but since it is so popular it tends to suffer long wait times. I have at the... most waited upwards of 15 minutes, so sometimes it might be best to just take the hit and go somewhere else if you're in ahurry. They scrapped serving breakfast for the foreseeable future ever since COVID-19 too. It being an "Express" CFA, they offera limited menu that includes sandwiches (spicy, regular, grilled on request), nuggets (spicy, regular, grilled on request),sweet tea and lemonade, cookies, brownies, waffle fries, and waffle potato chips.
