I got a grilled chicken sandwich yesterday. Totally tasteless and cold and no condiments no napkins nothing in the bag. And the... chicken breast was a thin cutlet. So I'm not ever going back to Chick-fil-A wish I haven't been in like 6 years. They suck! Read more
Love the food, but the employees here are the only rude ones I have ever encountered at a Chick-fil-A. Like today (not the... first time, but this one got me fed up to where I decided to come on here) when I pulled up to get my food I had a questionabout the difference in the toys which I asked because I was trying to decide if the 3 yr old with me should get the 3& under orthe other one. I asked while placing my order and was instructed to ask at the window and they could show me the options bc shewasn?t sure of the difference. I said please when asking about the toys, thank you after the answer, and thank you after beinghanded my food. I also made a point to make eye contact and smile multiple times. The employee didn?t say a word to me besidestelling me the toys were both books then showing me the two different books. I mean really! No you?re welcome no have a nice dayno hi how are you not even a here you go. She just mean mugged me with a very hateful stare the whole time and shoved the foodinto my window. I?m not sure who peed in her cheerios but it was ridiculous enough that I had to come leave a review. I don?tknow why I?ve had so many bad experiences ONLY at this Chick-fil-A? Read more
I love going here when I need something fast for work. The food is good and no matter how long the line is I have never spent... more than 10 minutes in it. Manners with the crew are good and friendly always. Read more
Very good store. Employees are kind, except for a few who are up in their feelings. Managers are awesome and service is quick,... unless you only order drink/dessert. Only complaint is that carry out area could be better and nuggets are always salty. Stilllike this store, though. Read more
I hadn't been to Chick-fil-A in a few years, but we decided to go. The sandwiches were extremely salty. Service was somewhat... slow, they weren't very busy, except for chatting with a person who I assume was a former coworker. Plus, it was as much asgoing to a casual restaurant and it's a fast (debatable) food (subpar) place. Wasn't worth it. Read more
Wow. What poor service. Ordered a milkshake quickly and then get pushed to the white line to wait...and wait...and wait. ... Watching cars come and go. Passed by 4 or 5 others. And they have a milk shake... And an ice cream cone... Then minutes later Ifinally get something. Not a great experience. Our pleasure.... or, Maybe not. Read more
Everytime I come to this restaurant (#00579) there's an issue. I made my order inside and paid @7:59 am. I received my food... shortly thereafter but had to wait much later for the drink. I saw the lady make my drink and sat it aside. No one tried to findout who the drink was for... so it sat there. No one tried to ask what I was waiting for or anything although they seen that Ihad my food order already and seen that I had been standing there for awhile. I finally had to ask someone for my drink as shepassed to put an order on the shelf and told her that I had been waiting for awhile. She went immediately to it, picked it upand asked my name. No apology was given for the wait or anything. These people are the rudest people with no customer serviceskills. Read more
