Very eclectic vibes. Fancy barista tools. Pink and red color scheme. Red hued windows and even the coffee lids are pink... plastic. I think they could probably be more sustainable with the containers though. We had a peach scone, drip coffee, pourover, latte, and a strawberry milk. My party said latte was a bit burned, pour over was good, and my drip coffee was actuallypretty smooth. If you order for "here," they bring you a glass bottle of water with tiny glass cups that's so stinking cute. Ifeel really bad for the employees though. Very very short staffed. Friendly staff and very clean. The coffee was flavorful. I enjoyed my cold brew. Where this place loses points for me is lack of... sugar free options when they are abundant these days. They only had sugar free vanilla and most other shops usually carry sugarfree caramel or a sugar free mocha option. I really enjoyed the balanced flavor of salmon bagel. Sometimes capers and salmoncan be salty, but the caramelized onions really added value to the meal. This place gains points by employing differently abledemployees. Such a fantastic place. I had an everything bagel which was amazing and loaded with seasonings. I also had the veggie cream... cheese they they make here and it was really well made and had the perfect amount of veggies and flavor. The cold brew latte isdelicious.
