I am giving a 1 star because 0 or negative isn?t an option. I never post reviews for anything but I am so frustrated by this... Burger King and the others in the surrounding Huntsville area. There are a few select lunch meals that are served all day. Theyare on the breakfast menu and listed online/ BK promotes the fact that they sell these all day even at breakfast. The workersare so rude and honestly just lazy. This is not based on one interaction but multiple over a significant amount of time. Everytime I try and order a whopper at breakfast time (I work night shift) they act like you are horrible for ordering such a thingor some of the employees just lie and say they don?t serve that for breakfast. They do; they just don?t have them pre made anddon?t want to put a burger on the grill. Even if there is literally no other customers in line or in the parking lot. Worstservice and attitudes I have ever experienced. BK management really needs to step their game up and teach their employees aboutcustomer service. You don?t deserve a raise when you can?t even do the bare minimum. Do better. Read more
The cashier started fixing my food after touching money/ card. Her hands touched my hash browns. Also, she barely put any hash... browns in the bag. Tried to call to speak with management, but no one answered the phone. Read more
This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. We waited for over 30 minutes, they repeated our order at the... window and it was wrong. Sheet so long we didn't correct them, but I bet the next car got our order. Read more

Don't do it. This BK location needs to either fire everyone and hire or transfer management to rebuild a team or just close this... location all together. From the employees to the GM is just terrible. They don't care at all. Last time I went they only had twocars ahead of me and nobody ever did even take my order at the speaker and I sat for about 30 mins. That is the longest I havesat there , however, it's common that they do this. Time before last visit , I sat 5-7 mins and finally someone responded to me.They don't even bother telling you to hold they just don't say anything. It's just terrible and sad how this is becoming thestandard in our fast food industry here. Read more
It was clean inside the food was great and the employees were genuinely curious and friendly. Now you will have a wait. ... Unfortunately good help is hard to find(Now of days that means people who will show up for work). Read more
Not going to try this Burger King anymore. Third time's charm. Only two cars at the pickup window, can't get anyone to take... order. Cars behind me are leaving. So am I. Used to love BK, not so much anymore. Read more
