Servers are always very nice but the food takes forever. This isn't a one time issue with how long it takes from ordering to... getting your food. We're talking 30-40 minutes and one time, that was with us being the first people in the restaurant. Theservers always check on you though and are very apologies about it. Read more

I?m 39 year old male and my wife and 14yr old son and 17yr old daughter sat down to enjoy some wings. My wife and I decided to... order a beer and low and behold my goofey self left my wallet at the house. My wife and I share an account so that was no biggiebut the manager waited on us because the staff was short handed and would not sell me a beer. I completely understand, it wasmy fault. As we waited an hour for our food I was noticing the males he would ID. Doing his job well! When I did get upset wassitting right next to us a female with four boys sat down and order a mix drink and he didn?t feel a need to ID HER. We stopped by for dinner tonight and from the front door to back it was a great experience! The foyer was calm (unlike most BWW... restaurants) the hostess seated us and was very sweet. Our server was very happy and upbeat (also the bartender) happilychanged the station to the Braves game for us! Food was perfectly cooked and other managers were out, visible, busing tables,communicating with staff and checking on guests! Nice job y'all! Read more
Having had a bad experience at this location in the past, I hadn't really thought about returning. My wife wanted to eat here,... so we did. Was pleasantly surprised. Although they seemed to be understaffed on servers (which is completely to be expectedthese days, and I feel for them), our server was friendly and as attentive as possible for having too many tables. My wife gotthe salt and vinegar wings and I got breaded tenders with a side of Caribbean jerk sauce. Chicken was great, and the flavor onboth hers and mine were so good that we bought a bottle of the salt and vinegar seasoning as well as the jerk sauce. Fries wereso-so, but the chicken more than made up for that. The Legendary Long Island Tea, made with Mountain Dew Legend (which I'dnever heard of, much less tasted) was fantastic. I Bought a 2022 coupon book that included coupons for this location specifically. My boyfriend and I were told we weren?t able... to use the coupon, and they had stopped allowing them at the start of the year. That doesn?t even make sense since the couponwas new for this year, has the location on it, and says it?s good through the year. Don?t advertise in a coupon book if youaren?t gonna accept the coupons ???? we stayed to eat anyway and the food was fine, but pricey for what it was. Read more
Lot of small problems added up to a poor experience. The bartender was rude and angry. I ordered 15 wings and got 13. The fries... came out cool. It took 5 minutes to be sat in a mostly empty restaurant. Again, nothing awful happened but just a multitude offixable problems occurred. And judging by the consistently bad ratings this shop gets, I don't expect it to change. Read more
