The heavy set manger working the front cash Nov. 12, 2022 during the 9am hour needs to go back to training. You made people wait... in line before taking their order for over 7 minutes. Then made me wait almost 20 minutes to get a chicken biscuit y?all alreadyhad made and Bo Rounds. I waited on my food because you were talking to a woman about a job. Touched applications from severalpeople, her dirty IDs and money?then touched people?s food with his bare hands. I understand it was busy but what happened tothe days of please and thank you?! If you want to blame it on the shortage of staff?I counted at least 6 or maybe 7 peopleworking and not one person could help expedite? It?s called team work and customer service! Side note?not everyone is off onSaturdays and my hour break should not be used to go 5 minutes up the street to get a biscuit because of the lack of caring foryour customers. It?s only getting a three star because of the taste of the food. The service was poor, I should have known when I walked in and... a customer and employee were yelling at each other. I ordered a four pc. got three had to go back. Then got to the table andnoticed I didn?t get my biscuit. The whole crew needs to be retrained except the cook the food was great. Read more

Walked in to an older lady taking orders, from the time I ordered she struggled. Finally she figured out how to ring up what I... wanted. Now there was 2-3 people working drive thur, and just her at the front counter. A shift lead looking lady walked out,and the older lady continued to struggle with people backing up at the front counter. Now time to pack my tailgate order she hadno clue what all went into it, I was talking her through it as other employees laughed and were shaking their heads. I ordered a breakfast and ate it in the restaurant. Breakfast served all day?? Cool. I was 1 of 2 people eating inside. The... cashier came by to ask if I needed a refill or take my tray which I had not finished. Afterabout 10 minutes she informed mewhen I was really to go to just leave the tray and she would take care of it? Really?? Well, I did that and I left her a smalltip under the tray. Wanted to stop and eat dinner around 8pm after working late. Door was locked. Went to the drive thru and was told the lobby... closed at 2! They didn't have the chicken pieces I wanted. Then at the window they didn't have what they told me they had at theorder board. Unsweet tea was bitter. Manger replaced the tea and offered a substitution for the missing pieces. Disappoiningvisit was somewhat redeemed but still didn't get what my heart was set on. Read more
Young lady was doing her best to answer all of my questions and the manager an older man with glasses decided to get very... belligerent with her start cussing her in front of me and told her to go home and when she stood up for herself saying that shewas doing the right thing in which in my professional opinion she was he told her to go home I would not recommend that manageralthough he removed his name tag so I could not see what his name was. It was also extremely rude to me when I have never beenthere before and he just says have a nice day hands me my food and I said the sweet tea he goes it's in the box duh. Read more
I had to 12+ minutes before the biscuits were ready through druve-thru. I parked and waited. After 15 minutes I went inside to... get my food. The biscuit that I waited for was hard and dry, the egg was not fresh and the ham was dry. I asked for a butteredbiscuit with ham and egg I got neither. I was disappointed in my food and service.
