Have been to this Arby's location many times. The food and the service has always been good.
Food was terrible, order was wrong. The sodas were ok I guess. Wish I could give zero stars. Smokehouse brisket looked like it... had been sitting in a trash can before being served. Jamocha shake was javanilla and jaterrible. Read more

So I went there on Saturday night and went through the drive through when I pulled up after ordering I saw a cockroach literally... crawl out of the drink machine and crawl around on it and go back into the machine and it wasn?t a small one it was very big. Igot a video but it won?t let me post It on here. I would not recommend going to this location who nows if they are just roamingon y?all?s food. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Read more

I told my 79 yo sister who resides in Huntsville about the wonderful Arby's Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich that I got in... Anniston, Alabama. I told her how the sandwich looked just like the photo. So she went through drive at her Arby's andordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich per my recommendation. When she got home, she said the chicken salad was in thecenter of the bread and there was about an inch of bread around the sandwich which had no chicken salad on it. And she said, it definitely didn't look like the sandwich displayed in drive through. Although she said the chicken salad was good, she saidshe will not go back as she is tired of getting home to find food is not as represented, or items left off. I have experiencedthis frequently at fast food places as well and have become unhappy with the lack of care and concern of staff carelesslypreparing and packing order. Normally this location is pretty good and consistent and we have fresh delicious food. Last night however, 11/12 we went around... 8:30pm and ordered 2 meals and a sandwich. It was $30 and both of the smokehouse brisket sandwiches were smashed and were oldand cold, had to have been sitting out since early afternoon because the cheese was dark in color and the roast beef was so coldand dry. Fries were also old and cold as well. To pay $30 for fast food and it be not even be edible is disappointing. I don'tenjoy writing negative reviews but I know it can help bring change to the place so hopefully this does. Hope next time isbetter. Read more
