The best ramen in Huntsville area! The flavor is great and authentic, soup is hot, and price is very affordable! This has... officially become one of our favorites places so far! Have not tried their sushi yet because their ramens were that good! Thisis the best to have and most comforting during cold or chilly fall weather!! Highly recommended! Read more

We are Sushi lovers!!! We went to eat on Saturday because this restaurant popped out on What’s Happening in Huntsville... Facebook page. First impression of the place it looks like a diner or a fast food. When you come in the first thing you see is apile of to go plates. The decoration and atmosphere it not Japanese at all. The lay out is awful, we were seated in the onlytable in the middle of all boosters. Service was terrible, the girl passed by us many times and didn’t asked if we were readyto order, she never came to ask if everything was ok or to ask if we wanted refills. Let’s talked about food! The Clearmushroom soup was delicious, so flavorful! Spring rolls spot on. The Egg rolls had good flavor but over fried. The “Spicy MakiCombo” was nothing spicy, the only spicy thing on the plate was the wasabi. In this plate the Salmon was our least favorite,no flavor, in the other hand the Tuna roll and Yellowtail roll were delicious. The Rainbow Roll is a rock star! Everything wasexcellent in this last plate. The Crazy Salmon roll was very flavorful. I didn’t get to taste the Tokyo Chicken Ramen but heloved it, the only thing left was some broth. Read more

One of my family’s go to HSV restaurants. Pleasant and attentive service, atmosphere, and consistently good food! We’ve... never been disappointed. Our latest go to is the tempura (fried) shrimp “poke” bowl. So good! Highly recommended localrestaurant. Read more

Coming from California my expectations are high in terms of sushi ????. I lived in Sacramento/Bay area and stationed in San... Diego, so I've frequented lots of sushi establishments. That being said- this is the best I've had in Huntsville/Madison area.I've been to multiple Rock n roll sushi places, Drakes and Various others, this by far has been an Alabama best for me. Myfavorite overall is this place called "Love Boat" in Oceanside CA. And been to Umi in San Diego with multiple places insimilarities, not to mention my deployment to Japan. I've found Aki's to be the best here locally. I would 100% recommend thisplace for those who want an "authentic" sushi experience and taste. Read more
