Disgusting! Wings are the size of my pinky and when I tried to get a refund back he basically told me I would have to dig In the... trash and get the wings out that was the night before I got them In order to get a refund! I?m disappointed and will never comeback!!! Read more
Wings have gotten really tiny! Tonight fries were not fresh. Wings seemed they had sat for awhile, maybe heated over. I... appreciate your good rating, but it is not a clean looking place from the outside. First impression means a lot. Thiscommunity gives you a lot of business in this location. This is related to service only, not food. There's a gentleman at the front (I believe he was called Jack or J but I could have... misheard) who was very rude, not personable AT ALL. He was impatient with us, and with co workers as well. He spent more timesitting on his phone and berating his coworker (a bright bubble young lady, long braids) with no concern for customer perceptionor even basic decency. I spoke to the manager because she deserves her props and he needs more training and an attitude check. Ihope this is taken care of so that no one else, patron or employee, has to witness his foolery again. Read more
I love the fact that it's black owned they do your food right. They give ya money's worth and it's always fresh, no doubt I will... keep supporting this place the food is to die for. I tried the Philly with everything on it and Cajun fries, was above andbeyond the catfish a1 too....I definitely give a 10/10 Read more

Although the wings are extremely small... the sauce is like Crack! I recommend the honey hot wing sauce. Customer service gets a... pass simply because they have young non experienced girls running the register. A very non consistent staff. I'm new tohuntsville so I'm sure how they run things will grow on me.. but this wing chain has alot of potential to be extremely great andbecome a favorite.... I have visited at least 20times since I have moved here in June! Always very crowed, but if you orderchicken wings it doesn't take as long as the fish! Don't let the crowed parking lot discourage you! Takes about 20mins tops onthe wait time. Read more
