The absolute worst customer service. They will not even acknowledge you are there and let you just sit there for a long time and... not even allow you to order. Never seen anything like it. Everytime I go here the pizza is over cooked. There's like a 10% chance the pizza is fine. The other 90% of the time it's way... too well done. I also attempted to call in the order, but they said they don't take orders over the phone now? Yeesh. This isthe last time I'll be going here. I'd advise you to try elsewhere to avoid headaches. Door Dashed the order ended up getting wrong pizza!! Called to correct order was treated with most disrespect wouldn?t replace... the mistake, ask to speak to a manger told he was a manager refused to give a name and corporate number and hung up the phonelike a child!!!!! Walked in, there was no food. Not a good look for a hot and ready restaurant. I asked how long the wait was going to be and the... guy simply said ?no?. Very poor customer service. Walked out and ordered online. Pizza said it was ready in the portal. When Iwent to pick it up, it was not in the portal. I asked the guy where it was, he went to the back and yelled ?FU$K?. He gave me anorder, it was very cold. I walked out, got home, and noticed it was the wrong order. Very bad experience. I ended up waitingover 1.5 hours for 1 pizza!!! Friendly workers and well prepped pizza. So we first came here 4 years ago and noticed the pizza was cooked better than other LC... stores. There are at least 3 other LC stores near my area, but we were not satisfied with the way the pizzas were prepped and/orpoor customer service. So it's about a 30 minute drive from home, but totally worth it. When we do visit this store it's usuallynoon/early afternoon and the staff is awesome. We will continue to return to this particular store as long as the service andfood continue to be great.! Read more
Ordered online. Came to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready. Waited an hour, im still waiting. They haven't... greeted anyone in the waiting room and pizza sitting out all over the counters that will certainly be served cold. Read more
