Regular and spicy chicken sandwiches were great. Fries are much better than they used to be and are crispy.
3 stars simply because their customer service is great but dirty oil. Fries are never fresh. The food always has an after taste.... Just yuck Read more
Definitely one of the worst run fast food restaurants in the area. Stopped in to eat 1 day hadn't eaten all day spent the next... day near the Bathroom. Always a wait when you go there. Read more
Today there was a new menu. I asked if they still had the 5 piece tender box. At first he said no, then he said yes. So i... ordered my usual with coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. What i actually found out i got was french fries, no mashed potatoesand gravy and no coleslaw. My receipt had a cookie on it but i got no cookie and dipping sauces which i did not get. I had askedfor ranch but that wasn't on the receipt and i got no sauce. It was like I almost got someone else's order but no one else wasthere. The last time i didn't order french fries but got charged for them but paid for things i didn't get. I hope these peoplearen't getting $15 hr because they sure as heck can't get a simple order right. I wish I had more positive things to say but the fact of the matter is this is a pretty run-of-the-mill KFC and the service was... an amazing but I don?t feel the need to bash them either. It was unfortunate to sit in the drive-through for about 15 minutesjust to be told what I wanted to order had to run out a while ago but again that?s nothing to scald the employees for. This place drives me crazy. First off, Google has the wrong closing time for them. My wife loves the chicken pot pie and every... time I go it seems like they never have the pot pie. Once I thought I would get a jump on them by calling the pot pies in butthey never answer their phone so there goes that. Also I like extra crispy a lot more than the original, trust me crispy is theway to go but guess what happens? You guessed it, they run out of crispy chicken breasts. All the time. So if you want to havethe food you actually want to eat, you probably have to go there at 11:30 in the morning or you're not going to get everythingyou want. I have to say that the staff seem to be very friendly and they do get really embarrassed when they don't have what youwant. Why their manager doesn't throw a few more chicken breasts and other parts into the fryer so they don't run out is amystery to me though. Read more
