The staff here is so unprofessional. As I was about to pay in the drive thru the register stopped working. (I completely... understand that this happens sometimes). The cashier advised that for me to wait a bit. I waited for 10 minutes. During thoseten minutes I tried multiple times to ask the cashier if I could go inside and pay but everytime I would try to talk the cashierwould look away. After 10 minutes of trying to get the cashiers attention, I went inside to try to pay for my food. As I wastrying to tell the cashier that I wanted to pay for my drive thru order the drive thru cashier yells ?he hasn?t paid for hisfood?. Then I tell him that I was trying to pay and he tells the cashier to let me pay in the front and that the food that hasbeen sitting there for 15 minutes was mine. I asked for them to remake it and they did. I also asked to speak to a manager andthey advised that the manager was no there at the moment. I am so upset i have never had a problem with this McDonald?s and I?vebeen coming for years. They also have me a receipt that had no ink. Read more
Went drive thru, asked for a sweet ice tea and a chicken sandwich with light mayo and got a unsweetened ice teaand a chicken... sandwich with no mayo. I asked the girl gicing us the order if it was sweet ice tea and she said yes. When i told her it wasntnot sweet at all she didnt even bother to offer to get me a new drink. Just continued looking at her order screen. Way to ruinsomeone's night. Service at this McDonalds has sucked the past few times i have been there. ???? Read more

Went thru drive thru cashier was not friendly and very polite when ordering he asked me 6 time in a row ( Anything else ) i... asked him if he was in a hurry and his answer was im jus asking if you are done ordering already. When i asked to speak to amanager he said there were no management on dutie and to google the company's info if i wanted to complain. Will never stop atthis location ever again. Read more
Horrible service not only did they forget my sandwich but they forgot to include the sausage patty in my breakfast platter. To... top it off I received attitude for returning to have my order fixed. I strongly recommend parking at the last window andchecking the order who cares if the clock is running. This place does this regularly and it's ridiculous. Couldn't even have afamily breakfast as the whole order was messed up. Read more
I Visited the McDonald's in Maywood California. I never tried the hash browns, until Monday October 3, 2022. I ordered four. Two... for me, and two for my mom. I ate one, while it was hot, and the other one cold. I didn't like the cold one, because the flavorwasn't as delicious as the hot one, and also the texture was soggy, unlike the hot one, which was crispy. My mom loves them, andshe has always offered me to taste it. She was right ???? I also ordered a McMuffin breakfast sausage with egg, and cheese.Delicious, however you also need to eat the sandwich while it's hot, otherwise the flavor and texture lowers to a blah level. Read more
