I went in on a Saturday to place an order of Champurrado for Sunday. The girl took my order and even asked me for my phone... number. I show up Sunday to pick up my order. I wait in line for my turn to be called. Was finally attended to and the ?manager?told me that my order was never fulfilled because they do not make Champurrado on Sunday?s. I proceed to ask why I wasn?t calledto be notified that my order was not going to be fulfilled. She offered no solutions, no alternative. All she said, I can giveyou back your money and that?s it. Their service is great, food, bread, and coffee are great. The only negative lately has been their hot cups. For the past month... or so every time I get a hot coffee it always spills in my cup holder, hands, and in my car. The lids are not doing a good jobsealing the cups. Read more
