Slow service and not worth the price. Waited 12 mins for a orange and veggie juice when there was no line.
Jennifer gave me and my uncle amazing customer service. Made sure we were well taken care of. Since they were out of Wheatgrass.... She recommended another close by shop. A Jumba Juice near by. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She is the only Jamba Juice employee that I?ve ever seen put on gloves to handle the money and... then remove them and disposing of them properly.Please give her the acknowledgment she deserves.I frequent your establishmentsalmost every day all over So.Cal.She?s definitely a keeper. I ordered a Chuck Strawberry bowl with extra granola on the side and paid for it. I got it in a large cup instead, watery, with... less granola (to my knowledge I paid for the extra amount, so I assume they gave me less for that reason) and too much banana.If I was informed ahead of time that they were going do this I would have not ordered it and gone to a different one. This jambajuice used to be my go to but honestly its been a couple times where the smooties and the bowls just come out uninspiring. Thankyou for your service but I will no longer come here. I have come into this establishment over a dozen times now, I live near this plaza so I tend to stop by for my Jamba "fix",... While I completely believe its plausible that someone did not have a great experience, I have never had my order wrong, it hasalways tasted great and it has never taken such a long time that I really noticed. So for me < - - it is a 5 star. As a sidenote - Take these reviews with a grain of salt, if you look at a lot of the bad post like the guy under mine, you will noticethey spend a lot of time just posting bad reviews on almost everything, some people are just overly critical and will nothesitate to exaggerate 1 visit. The worker Jen gave me a very great experience with her friendly customer service! She and her coworkers were able to create a... drink that was discontinued and not only did it come out amazing but she was very creative in the process and also took extralengths to make sure I was satisfied with the drink. I love her ! That is definitely promotion worthy customer service! Read more
