So I live by this store. I ordered food from here when it opened. I found it to be over priced for the quality and quantity of... food you got. Fast forward to 09/2022, it was a long time so I thought I'd try it again. WOW they got WORSE. I paid an extra $12for toppings I did not get. The pizza itself was soggy and boring. Wow what a disappointment, don?t think that they quite understand business that well. I ordered a couple ceaser salads from here... and a lot of the lettuce was brown. So I am here by the restaurant and gave them a call to inform them and see if they wouldreplace them, I checked my account for the date and time prior to calling which was pointless because apparently they wanted meto bring the salad in to prove it to them lol. The girl Sara says that?s their policy because they have had ppl do that before,so I say do what and she says well they say it was burnt or something and they ask for another pizza and eat that one. So I sayhow do u know it wasn?t burnt and she says well because they eat it. I mean come on folks now granted I am sure maybe somebodyhere and there might make it up but what terrible customer service. They must really be struggling where every penny counts andit is no doubt due to their policies it?s weird how it works out like that u tighten up and u lose money u loosen up and u makemoney make ur customers happy they come back call them liars and be strict and stingy they don?t, tough concept I know. This pizza was inedible. It was burnt, and the sauce tasted like they just scooped out tomato paste from the can - so not good.
So the hours on the website show open though 9pm for the Huntington Beach location. I call at 815pm to place an order for pickup... and the guy says they close at 8pm but I could order from door dash and door dash can come in and pick up the food for me. Iusually eat here once a week but will probably not go back there again. Read more
Watered down sodas, service was ok but food was of poor quality. I was not impressed. This place has gone down hill. I asked at... 6:30pm if they were closing cause I overheard an employee turn down three orders. My Son heard them talking about one employeequiting and another refused to come in. My experience was nothing like the Z pizza that use to be on Main st in Seal Beach. I'mvery disappointed. Read more
The food was exceptional if but a bit pricey. I mean it's pizza! However the quality of the food in comparison to the... quantity, is my utmost concern. The taste was intricate, ordered the vegan pizza, and it was great, except the marinara saucewas skimpy, and the quantity of side choices were a little low. However service, atmosphere was beyond reproach. Read more
Ordered here a couple times - never again. You can provide the customer experience if you study it hard enough, but the food... quality has got to be better if this place is going to be anything worth my money. Not coming back. Way too dry and I feel nocare put into the product. Most reviews that aren't negative seem to be the owners bloating reviews with personal friends or thelike, so I don't even trust any of the five stars down here. Go somewhere else Read more
