WARNING ?? I got food poisoning because the pizza was so undercooked despite trying to microwave it. I returned a couple days... later with the partially eaten pizza to ask for a refund. All they can do is replace it? I used to manage a restaurant and I'msorry but I'm not going to accept food from a place made me sick. This place is dirty. Very dissatisfied. Ordered 1/2 all meat and 1/2 ham and pineapple. Obviously someone?s math is off. Can?t send a picture but... have one. 1/3 all meat and 2/3 ham & pineapple. And now that I?m eating my ?1/2? I can?t find any ham in my pineapple and ham.Seriously going to look into other options. Read more

Food Poisoning on New Years Eve! Unbelievable! Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza (830p), the entire pizza on edges was puffed... out sloppily all over, center crust so thin, it barely could hold anything, undercooked, too much sauce, but worst, we startedto vomit projectile violently around 1130pm before the new years rang in ...everyone!!! These symptoms match up to previousreviews on here. Why are you getting away with this. I will be submitting a complaint to health services and BBB. Notacceptable! I just went to pick up my pizzas that I odered online and both workers were not wearing masks and the woman that was at the cash... register went to box the pizzas without putting on gloves or washing her hands after touching the cash register. She also kepton talking over the pizzas while boxing them without wearing a mask. I was honestly very disgusted with their safety protocolsduring this time. In addition, when I got home both pizzas were a total disaster. I am very sad that people are this carelesswhile working with food especially during this pandemic. Read more
Their pizzas are worthy for the price. Always tastes good. I called in advance to pick up quickly. And when I got there, it was... ready. But the lady was almost forgot to give me the drinks. But I remembered. I took a menu picture only but she said I am notallowed. I needed the menu, though. And she was a little angry and told me to look up the website. Smart lady. Sorry for thepicture. We placed an order to go yesterday. The pizza and bread sticks were all under coked. I left feedback yesterday. With... absolutely no response, I contacted via website today. I was informed something might happen tomorrow as the local stores have48hrs to respond. I did not receive as much as a message stating that. VERY bad business Papa Johns!!! Very bad!! Read more
This location is pretty inconsistent. The pizza is usually a little overdone, sometimes burnt. If you order garlic knots or... jalapeño poppers, they will be burnt to a crisp. I have had pizzas that were not done cooking and I?ve had pizzas that werebeyond burnt. There is a serious lack of quality control at this location. Read more
