Good food, good customer service, the manager always walks around and greet customers and refills coffee cups, food fresh the... cooks are really good at making food look yummy we order chilaquiles verdes, and they were really good not all the chef's inNorm's cook good but this location I like the way they prepare food. Not very happy, the Thanksgiving Dinner was way below expectations. Barley any Turkey meat (one slice) and skimpy all around (a... fork full of Sweet Potatoes for $19 out the door **Oh and No Senior Discount is Allowed** Thanksgiving the day to say thank youNorm's decides to Not Help Out Seniors when they really Need It. I missed this place being 24-Hours during pandemic. Glad they didn't fall victim to the closures. Great place for a late night... meal with friends or just solo. The service is friendly and that adds so many more stars on top of the 5 I gave them. Keep upthe good work!!!! Read more
5 stars to this Norms only because our waiter was excellent!!! She was on point. We did not have to ask for anything because she... was very attentative and beat us to the punch! Must add that the night we went was busy and she was waiting on several tables aswell. Service as this is not very common anymore! Must also add that our food was delicious. Better than most other Norms. Read more
