The fresh fruit is at the peak of deliciousness; different... proteins, seeds, and boosts of immunity; energy comes in assorted drizzles like agave and almond, along with interestinggranolas and other toppings. Today I unfortunately witnessed a customer treat your team poorly. I was waiting for my online order as were 3 other customers.... The team members were working swiftly and were not in any way ignoring us customers- I was promptly greeted over the sounds ofthe juicers and blenders and could clearly see they were very busy. The staff was calling out names (2 cust) prior to a womanbursting out at them ' What am I invisible here? Are you not going to help me? the team member replied calmly that she wasdoing the online orders in order of being received and her order will be done shortly. She then yelled other things about herchildren being in the car and they taking too long ..etc. Your team was calm, respectful and just keep working hard to get theorders done. They could've used additional support during that midday rush time. But I as a business owner understand thatits not feasible to over staff for only 2 hours in the day. I have been a district/regional and store director for retail storesand my feedback should hopefully counteract some of the poor feedback that may be too subjective that comes across your desk.Thank You and to your kind team. I agree with reviews below, this location is worse than a McDonald?s in a densely populated area. They prioritize walk ins over... pickup orders & then rush making your order so you don?t get what you paid for on top of the 20-30 mins wait. Read more
This location is probably one of the worst locations I have been to. I was waiting for the cashier for a solid min while he was... talking to his friends sitting down one of the chairs, after I finally ordered they finished one of my two bowls 10 mins apart,making one melt while the other one was fresh. Google maps seems to have accurate location of this place but Apple maps just took me to its huge car park and left me lost... there. Fortunately the shopping center is very pretty and I was happy walking around (Btw, use google maps if you don?t want tospend time waling - it?s very large). The location is very near Costco so I suggest parking in the lot on the south and walk upvia waterfall because parking in front of the store is pretty full. The location was clean and new. I have acai bowl andsmoothie. Both are very nice. The server was funny and friendly. Totally recommended for great acai and good vibes. There areonly few seatings inside and outside of the shop so I suggest walking 10 meters to the beautiful waterfall that had a lot ofchairs and umbrella surrounding it. Read more
this is not the first time I try Nektar, they were used to be my to go place for green juice and açaí bowl, but recently they... do seem not to care about their service, the quality has gone down and they refuse to take any extra step to make customerhappy. e.g got to their location 35 mins before they close and was waiting for 5 mins to get greeted and by the time theyadmitted me to order they mentioned that the window to order any juice has already closed, and they already have cleaned thejuice machine, while I could see the juice machine is still there and has not been de commissioned yet. FYI, per theirstatement they stop serving juice 30 mins prior to closing. not their policy is or this was just an intention to drive meaway. so sad that I have to find a replacement for them. Staff is always a hit or miss. Half the time they're super friendly and the other half they act like you're an inconvenience for... even stopping in. The bowls are okay-nothing spectacular, however, they are portioned better than most acai bowl shops. Juicesare generally good and the portions are generous. They don't have a large variety of cleanse juices but they all are tasty andwill do the job if you're just cleansing for a day or two. I also like that they have a loyalty program and often have bogodeals for loyalty members. Read more
Definitely coming back! Again and again. There's a new manager there Elania and she's the sweetest person you've met. Incredible... energy. Usually you go to a restaurant and the manager is in an office somewhere. This lady is working with these kids. Smilingand dancing while working and filling order after order. The place was packed and it was incredible as a lot of us had stoppedcoming here because the terrible management. If you tried to go, it was like the monkeys were running the zoo. I had swore offNekter until I walked by and saw it alive again. Met the new manager and It was refreshing to see it running again.
