Ok?been waiting for this spot to open. Finally drove by and the open sign was lit up. Doubled back in anticipation. It was busy... at 5:30pm on a Friday. Scoped the menu while the staff kept their stations. Decided and ordered my first pie. The Cleaver, a NYTraditional large, with a 6pc of their garlic knots and 2 slices of cheesecake?it wasn?t until I saw the NY WaterMaker decal ontheir display window that I realized I was about to taste legit NY Pizza, on the West Coast. I must say, the pie packed aflavorful punch and held to the traditional thinness of the body. The crust was golden brown with a superb crunch. The perfectfold and bite slices I?ve ever had. The customer service here is incredible! I ordered a pizza for delivery and they use door dash to deliver. My pizza still hadn?t... arrived after 40min of when it said it would be there. I called and spoke to Ben who was super friendly and apologized. Heoffered to make me another pizza free of charge and deliver it himself! The pizza was also very good and I?ll definitely beordering from them again. Read more
The kindness of the staff is worth trying this place. I was 30 minutes late due to my teenager drama and when I talked to them... they were so willing to help my order stay fresh and even were willing to put it back in the oven mefollowing what I asked, theyrealized that it might damage my meal and not worth risking and waited to speak with me. I appreciated that they cared enough topause and think it through for me, They were more than willing to do it but want me to know what might happen before making thatcall. So whomever was working 12/3/22 at 7:40-8:00pm you?re the MVP! We got the 18? loaded pepperoni and an order of garlicknots! If you like New York style, thin and greasy yum yum this pizza is for you!
