Not the greatest Five Guys location I have been to. For several weeks they have not opened at the posted time with a sign on... the door stating they are doing maintenence. If their hours have changed, they need to update their hours and stop pretendingtheir is some unexpected maintenence occurring. Their shake machine is also always "out of order" during the first hour or soof being open. Considering the "maintenence" sign, it is more likely that they didn't start the machine in time to be ready forcustomers. On the plus side, free peanuts while you wait for your burger! Read more

Don't get me wrong, their burger's are not bad (for fastfood), and look not too expansive ($12 for cheesburger). But if you... think of the fact that it comes with no fries, and you usually DO want fries with your burger, add another $4.5 to it, so youwill end up with $16-17 average burger. You can go to a decent or somewhat decent Burger restaurant and get something muchbetter for $18. Read more

Definitely the worst Five Guys yet I've been spoiled by the FG on Tustin in Orange, and to a lesser degree, the FG in San Dimas... and Fullerton. Whenever I go the Tustin location and order my usual large fries, they give me enough for 5 people. I ordered alarge fries here, tipped generously, and not only did they drop in a scant amount of fries ($9 for a potato's worth of friesjust won't cut it), but they completely botched the order. Given that there were 7-8 people working, and I repeated how Iwanted the order - no cup, double bagged - oud figure someone would get it right. Anyways, I'm sorely disappointed and will belooking for other locations when I'm in the area Read more

This location seems to always be completely empty. I have no idea why. Maybe the newness of Five Guys has worn off and nobody... cares anymore. Either way, it makes for a great place to enjoy a quiet meal. They have indoor or patio seating. The food isalways fresh and tasty. The staff has always been friendly when I come in. The only downside to this location is that thebathrooms have a code, which is always a pain when you just want to go wash your hands. Read more

Burgers are always good. Watch out when ordering fries as the large is a small bag and it costs almost $9 Prices are through... the roof here. Not sure if it's inflation or California or both. Read more

Bacon cheeseburger was excellent, fries were plentiful, but a little overdone for my taste. 19.50$ for those two items. Count... on waiting for your order. I ordered and paid on app, order wasn't started til I arrived. I think that's how they do it, so foodis fresh when you receive it. Read more

One of the best burgers. Tastes natural and patties are not thin. Bit on the pricey side. They do have outdoor seating at this... location. Read more

Can't say it was a red letter day for a burger. I dropped into Five Guys on a Sunday for a Burger and Fries w a Soda. I was... definitely shocked at a Double Burger for $9.99 the Regular Fries at $5.29 and Large Soda $2.99 my net OTD Cost $19.68. Now theBurger was sloppy with grease and one piece of lettuce and a few grilled onions so for $10 the Burger Rates a "Meh" candefinitely leave it for the price. The Fries were actually Really Disgusting, why the Girl who made them (Cajun Style) LiterallyDumped 12 Ounces of Cajun Seasoning Onto The Fries and when I put 4 Big fries into my mouth chewed and A Mega Dose of Seasoningwent down my throat that was all she wrote right then and there. I took a bite of the burger to push it down and I was justgrossed out. They made me more fries **No Seasoning but the Damage was done. I bagged up the rest and left. Needless to say theoverdose of Cajun did agree with my stomach **AT ALL** and I actually drove around the Block into a Office complex (Empty) ofcars drove to the back and Ralphed Up The Meal. It Made Me Sick. Sorry but when your charging This kind of money you really needto have your act together (in Training Your Personel) The pictures I will Post show the crime. Also when you serve sloppy, greasy burgers you need to provide a plate or some kind of serving/eating plate to get all your stuff situated instead ofripping open a Dam Bag making a Mess and Then If You Have Left over anything you have to ask for another bag to gather up andleave. Not smart. This is just cost cutting to not have to wash a Dam Serving plate. That's Just Plain and Simple Low Down CheapThat Makes The Customer Experience Suffer Tremendously. Read more
