Chipotle on beach between edinger and heil has the chipotle lane which is the drive through window to be able to pick up your... online orders. Have used it several times and usually have no issues quick and efficient. Tonight was much different heard thebuzzer go off and I sat there for 15 mins. Knocked on the glass and honked my horn multiple times no one came to the window. Finally went inside and the cashier was basically like what do you want. I was like sat at the drive thru window for 15 minsand no one came. Basically looked at me like o well and grabbed my food. I have been in the food industry for my whole life. I am currently the district manager of 4 subways in the Huntington Beach... area. If I or any of my employees treated any of our customers the way Emily B. Treated me and my husband they would not have ajob. You think just because you are a big corporation that one customer does not matter. Well I know a lot of people and I willbe posting this on all my social platforms as well as yelp and google. This location is rude and inconsiderate of the fact thatit was over an hour before anything was done and that was only a refund. I live nearby and have a newborn, so I will likely be coming back here, and the food IS good. That said, I have to say the... service, especially when they're even a little busy, is abysmal. I had an online order and purposefully came 5mins late, cuzit's rarely done on time. I stood there for 6mins before being acknowledged by a worker and asked the name on my order, then sheturned away and ignored me to serve walk-in customers. 4mins later another worker clocks in, asks me for the same info, I giveit, and he gets on the register to...you guessed it...serve the walk-ins. I am livid by this treatment and blurt out a few"you-gotta-be-kidding-me"s, then a third worker asks me the same question. A moment later, someone comes out of the back with myorder and I leave. All told my order was 20mins late, 15mins of that spent standing around being ignored by staff. Chipotle,get yourself in order! Your staff, with a few exceptions, is simply terrible.
