Usually I go to Carl's Jr can get my family meal for about 20 bucks. Today I go and I went to $32 they asked me if I could pull... around the corner and wait because they're waiting on my French fries and onion rings I said no problem. Since when does theprice of food go up but the quality go down. When they told me I was waiting for my fries and onion rings I was expecting atleast to get hot french fries not cold and stale and not even full. Ordered a six piece star for my daughter and literally allsix was missing an arm. That didn't even include the two baby onion rings that I got in my Western bacon cheeseburger and nobarbecue sauce, what's up with that? Luckily I had asked for barbecue sauce for the stars so I was able to add it to the Burger. Read more
as I walked in I was so hungry but I had to use the restroom. I waited about 2 minutes and a server came I politely asked to... use the restroom and she was very kind to give me the code to the restroom. The restroom was clean and had soap and toilet paper????. I was not sure what to order so I chose on of my favorites western bacon cheeseburger. let me tell you and to tell me thetruth this is not the first time I have come across this issue. the Carl's on Euclid and orangthorp is well known for this aswell. the onion rings were so burnt. I mean to a hard chrisp to where I could not bite down on it. I really thought it that Ihad found a rock in my burger or something. the onion inside was so liquid fried that it was not even an onion any more lookedlike deep fried caramel you would buy at a country fair . I threw the onion ring out the window to see if the birds would eat itbut I could tell that we're having a hard time of it as well because it was as hard as a Rock. come on now Carl's worker makingthe food I know you're how hard that onion ring was and instead of using good judgement you made that burger and ways so youcould move onto the next. what your failing to realize is that we spend our hard earned money working just like you. if there isa mishap in your paycheck you would throw a fit! think about that the next time you decide to make a poorly made hamburger ? Area is always very dark at night. I am always looking around before I roll down my window when i order via drive thru then shut... my window again till I pay. Other than that never had an issue with service. Read more
Cold, fries. Dried up spicy chicken, time your food at a timely manner, making it seem you're super busy. Food sits there for a... while sounds like manger/worker hasn't figure out when is actually rush hour. Don't be lazy and stack on fries and spicychickens. You guys served me some cold dry ones forsure, good looking out night krew. Read more

I swear I have NEVER walked in to a cleaner and more friendly location!
