So disappointed. No wonder it wasn't busy. We ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries. Got home and only had 2 burgers and 2 fries. That's... why I don't normally go to fast food places. ???? Read more

You already know going here is going o be expensive. But when you order 2 meals and some chicken stars pay $30 and they mess up... your order and give you a basic double cheeseburger instead that's just over the top. They weren't even busy nobody inside andnobody in the drive thru. If and only if I want carls it will not be from this location. Read more

If this was only a critique of the food, easily 2 1/2 or 3 stars. However, what really tanks is the customer service, which is... actually horrible. Just this morning some lady was taking my order and sounded like she was in a rush, but I didn?t think twiceabout it. Once I got to the window, she was on the phone with someone else, desperately trying to complete my order so she canget back to her call. The woman wasn?t wearing any uniform, so it?s either a careless employee or the manager, and since thewoman looked like she was past mid-40s, I would assume that she?s the manager. The women had a harsh attitude, not welcoming atall, and didn?t ask me for condiments, just gave me the bag and quickly shut the door on me, just so she can back to her phonecall. Assuming she?s the manager, it?s like her main focus was to average her drive thru time and save up condiments before theyrun out, like always, and forgetting to give good service and attitude. The service and quality has been declining after yearsand it?s like random people are now given the position as manager only to simply kickback and talk on the phone or chill ratherthan giving at least mediocre service, but ironically they ran out of that service too. Out of the fast food like (Jack in theBox, McDonald?s, etc.), Carl?s Jr. is without a doubt the most problematic of them all. You?re not at home, you?re at work. Awful service. No one in front, not even a bell. I was there for a delivery and the employee showed up around 5-10 minutes after... I had just been standing around the front. They made the order, which was a combo but they refused adding fries. The kid saidthat the combos ring up as combo but they only put fries in if the ticket says fries. They went on to say that if I ?insisted onfries they would gladly give them to me but their combos NEVER include fries unless it?s extra. ? they also said the wait wasdue to a Christmas ?thing? in the back. Upon delivering I found that the delivery I made was clearly incomplete. Thanks Carl?sJr. watch me decline the orders here next time, I can?t afford your low and dirty business ?combos?. Read more
