Drive through didn't give us our Baconater. It was clearly on the receipt. Realized when we were home. Called to enquire, they... told us we were calling the wrong location even though we identified the Rt. 60 location. Refused to offer us a burger if wedrove back. These people want $15? For what? Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 salads and 2 diet cokes. Nothing special. No special requests. At first they started to... give us regular Coke. I caught that at the window and was able to fix it. However? Got home and my daughters Southwest avocadosalad had NO avocado. Then I opened my Caesar salad and it had BLUE CHEESE on it! Come on now. Definitely my favorite Wendy's. The food was just on a different level, their bacon looked fresh not over or under done and as... if it was cooked minutes ago. I asked for certain items to be left off the burgers and they delivered. Our bacon fries was alsowell cooked, fresh fries, bacon and a ton of cheese. We were greeted when we entered by Gary who was cleaning very thoroughly.The wait was a tad bit long, but was super busy. The manager on duty Jason was running that kitchen to a T, everyone had theirposition and was killing it. The cashier was stumbling a little, she yelled for help twice and also got on her phone infront me.Other than that she did good with my specific order. The bathrooms/tables/chairs/condiment area was spotless. Definitely thebest Wendy's I've ever been to and best in the Huntington/Bville/Milton/Ashland area. The food is usually pretty fresh, the only issue I have with this specific location is the morning staff. Every morning I go... there I'm greeted by a very obnoxious and sarcastic,"THANK YOUUUUUUUUUUU". Not only is it annoying and way to loud to hear everymorning, this lady cuts me off EVERY TIME, and always seems to leave something out from the bag. I've held off from writing areview but it is literally the SAME experience every morning around 7am. I borderline avoid breakfast here because ofher. Anyways solid 3/5.
