Bunch of homeless people sit outside. The food isn?t that good. I?d rather eat BK, Wendy?s, or McDonald?s. Didn?t even give us... the entire order. Made us drive back out 15 minutes to pick up the food they didn?t give us instead of refunding our card.Terrible customer service. It seems like those who work there are stoned out of their mind. Ice cream machine was broke, too.Never going back to Rally?s again. Read more

I would have gave it five stars but whenever I went online to try to place my order ahead of time it was saying that they didn't... have the certain food that I was wanting. Thankfully I thought to call and ask and they actually did have it. Whenever I gotthere there was only one person in front of me in line in the Drive-Thru. The service was fast but I have to say that my frieswere really cold. Not just like been sitting there for you know 5 or 10 minutes but they were actually like cold. I was reallydisappointed because that was what I was wanting the most really was the fries. Didn't have time to go back and get themreplaced but maybe next time they will be better! Read more
