Update 7-30-2022 Went there to have breakfast, noticed alot of food in The window, I questioned the freshness and was insured it... was fresh...Well you can tell by the picture it wasn't, 2 Frisco Sandwiches and a ultimate biscuit...The Sandwiches was eatablebut not fresh, the biscuit wasn't eatable...I didn't bother saying anything, because they said it was fresh so I wasn't gonnaargue.. Staff was friendly and bathrooms and dining room was clean...Prices going Up, quality is getting worse... Read more

Stopped here to grab a quick breakfast on the way through. The employees were friendly & they got our order was 100% correct.... Plus, the food was nice & hot. Not very often do you get that from a fast food place anymore. Thanks! Read more

They don't have enough employees to keep the place as clean as it should be. The windows in the dining area should be cleaned... once a year whether they need it or not. Read more
Hardee?s Westmoreland?..Lunch..Ordered burger, fries and chicken strips.. burger and fries were ok, but the chicken strips were... bad.. chewy, rubbery and not hot. Either they had been sitting there a long time, the chicken was bad, or it wasnt cookedenough.. either way, they weren?t edible. I ate in restaurant, took the strips back to tell and show the staff, and mostimportantly i told them i didnt want or need a refund or a replacement, simply wanted them to know that there was somethingwrong with the chicken.. the manager seemed offended. Again, i just wanted them to be aware of it. I knew Hardees isnt finedining when i chose to go there, but the chicken wasnt edible and they need to know in case the food is spoiled.. i wasnt therefor an argument?..manager there is bad at her job. Serving bad food, and following it up with bad customer service, is not agood combination. And my food was served to me within two minutes of ordering so i know it wasnt cooked to order.. and none ofit was ?hot?. Hardee?s is mostly a breakfast stop for me. They have great food, I am just more of a burger from my grill type person. As for... their breakfast though, I can speak. The breakfast here is always good. Coffee is on point. Service is exceptional as I amalways greeted with a smile at the drive through and service is fast. Can?t say a bad thing about this place. If you?re downthis way, it is not a bad stop for a quick bite. Read more
This place is rarely open. Says on google that they are open til 10p and 11p on weekends. Not true. They close down around 2-3p... every day. Today 10/16/22 I pull up to the drive thru at 11:03am, after about a minute- some guy comes on the speaker and says?uhhh we?re closed right now?? so then they get a ?OHH F*CKKK? from me, soo annoyed, as I drive off. They could make a lot moremoney if they were open!!! Read more
