We get food here pretty often and when they get it right it's great. But often times the pizza is undercooked, burnt, or has too... little topping on it. In their defense, they will usually replace it when this happens. But it's still inconvenient to wait forthe replacement and come back when you get home tired have a hungry family. If they could fix the consistency problems it wouldbe a fantastic place. Read more
Pizza and subs are decent. Customer service isn?t all that but their wings are absolutely disgusting. Fair prices.
Very nice staff. Extremely helpful and they ALWAYS get my food right, and in an acceptable time frame. Although they're short... handed, they're still awesome! Only one thing,, it was freezing cold the last time I was in there. They were all wearing theircoats and I was freezing cold waiting for my food.. owner needs to turn the heat on, it's WINTER!! Pizza was good, when the young lady was about to get it's, she was nice the problem is we called and ordered, were told 25... minutes, we came in a BB out 35-40 min. Then it took about another 15 to get the food to us. I assume t he ey were short handed,but this would have been told to us when we called in the order. Lord knows that Giovanni's is not inexpensive pizza, so theycan afford to higher help. Be honest with customers or higher more please. Read more
Management was horrible. Me and my husband are from out of town and ordered at the wrong Giovanni's instead of contacting us and... asking if we were going to pick it up I recieved harassment texts and the owner threatening to call the cops over a mistake thatI made because I'm not familiar with the area. I also recieved back to back phone calls. I never got a sorry except from themanager. I will never go to this store and I hope the owner, Janice, learns a lesson from harassing innocent people. The pizza was great , I hate it being cut in squares though it?s way too messy that way prefer NY style cut , I guess I was... confused I thought she said two topping for 16.$ and change but when I picked it up it was 21.18 $ now I know there is not 4 or5 $ in tax so what?s up ! , but far superior to Ginos pizza and my taste buds are very happy, a pizza has to have the rightamount of sauce and topping and cheese to be perfect !! Love the food, everyone is nice when placing orders and when picking food up. My main favorite to order is the ham pubwich or... the spaghetti and garlic bread. My food is always delicious and hot when I pick it up. It's definitely my favorite pizza placeto eat at. I will most definitely continue giving my business to the Lavalette Giovanni's! Read more
