Went in today because I had a coupon from one the books supporting the schools only to be told they don?t accept them for... whatever reason. I think I?ve eaten here once before, wasn?t memorable enough for me to go back but figured I?d give it a shotsince I had the coupon. You just made yourself look bad for not supporting the local schools, lost a sale even if it wasdiscounted, made a customer regret his choice to give you a shot, and definitely lost out on the chance to hook someone thatcould have easily been repeat business. Ordered a bunch of sandwiches online to go. Got it all home to find out the two tuna sandwiches had almost zero tuna on them.... Honestly we couldn't find the tuna...there might have been a tablespoon of meat there. Sounds like others have had the sameproblem at this location. Clean and friendly. I have not been to this location in over a year due to the workers looking trashy and the sandwiches were... made sloppy?. Today I decided to try again and glad I did. I was very pleased, Jeremy made my Italian Sub and it was delicious.He was clean looking, very friendly, he took his time and the sandwich was not sloppy. Jeremy definitely deserves a raise!!! This place is good! Food was okay, they didn?t have pickles so that upset me, it personally isn?t my first choice for a sub... place. The place is clean. The staff was okay, they did ask me the same question multiple times but that?s okay! And didn?t mindwhen I refilled my cup like 4 times. Read more
The sandwiches at Firehouse are great. The staff is also awesome. I asked the girl at the counter for her recommendation, and... she suggested "The Italian" which is something I wouldn't have tried on my own. It was phenomenal!!! Firehouse Subs is a good place to get a good sandwich. They donate some of their profits to firefighters and first responders to... make the community they are a part of a better place. There is a FireHouse app that you can earn rewards if you buy a certainnumber of sandwiches to get a free sandwich. There sandwiches such as the Virginia Honey Ham are very good. Read more
I work right next to it and we order food all the time. Lots of money going to this place. It?s usually not bad, well tonight... done it in for me. I paid $13.xx for this monstrosity. I said no pickle spear. I get it open and guess what?s laying on mysandwich. A pickle poorly wrapped. It gets better, this is all the meat they put on it. But wait. Someone was too lazy and got achunk of onion in the meat. I threw it in the trash. Never again Read more
NOTE: This would be rated 0 star if that was an option. Visited on Sat. Sep. 3rd around 2:30pm, there were a few customers... waiting (a group of 5, a group of 2 and a group of 3) and was told the shop was running a little behind which I was fine with.40 minutes later I finally received my sandwich: a medium pastrami & Swiss on white, nothing else just 3 ingredients-meat,cheese, bread. By the time I received my very simple sandwich I no longer had time to eat in store without being late for myappointments. Taking the first bite of my sandwich while now traveling revealed it was SLATHERED in mayo: not only disgustingbut actually harmful since I have a mild allergy to eggs. Being that I COULD NOT eat my sandwich because of this unrequestedaddition of mayo and not having the time to go back and wait another 40 minutes for a replacement the entire thing went directlyinto the trash. This was a failure at all levels, one of the worst experiences I've had in years with any restaurant. My adviceto potential customers: avoid like the plague; my advice to ownership: close the shop and find a job in some other industry. Read more
