Id give it negative stars... Sat there for over 2 hours waiting on our food. Just to have the GM come over and be rude about it.... I have never had such a bad experience with service in my life....and from a general manager!? Wow.... I will never go back. Ieven tried reaching out to the regional manager to let him know. Never got a call back. 3 families will never be back thereagain. PS. The waitress was great. It really was bc the GM alone. Read more
So I visited tonight with family that usually have enjoyed the food. But this time the wait time was pretty bad on food. And... quality was just as bad. The grease in the fryer needs changing or the person running the kitchen needs some food prep andquality training. Sorry for such a blunt review but quality has to be consistent no matter the food item. Read more
They don't honor reservations and will cancel to their convenience for the more desirable crowd/party, even if booked far in... advance, so 1 star for poor customer service and follow through. Not that I would frequent a sub par dive at that, but Iwouldn't recommend just due to customer service and integrity. Read more
I had my first meal here the other day and it was great! They was so busy this day and packed because it was Freshman move in... day at the college. Our waitress was kind and took care of all of our needs. I have the chicken wrap with chipotle ranchdressing with broccoli cheese soup and my Son had the cheeseburger meal. Everything tasted amazing. I was mostly impressed withour waiter because what seemed like could be a stressful day she had herself well collected and did great. Read more
Slow day and matching service but not terrible. Food was excellent, Fat Italian sandwich with some bone in wings. Wings could... have been saucier but whatever, they still hit the spot. Randomly chose to eat here while I was visiting family. The food was amazing, everything we ordered was so good and fairly... priced! Very impressed and happy that we chose to eat here, we all loved it. Our waitress Heather (i think) was so helpful andsweet. One of the highlights of our entire trip!! Read more
Newly remodeled and revamped menu, some items were sold out, our loaded fries were good as well as large salads. Great place to... watch sporting events and has an event room for large parties to reserve. The hot wings used to be really good here but has beena couple years since I ordered any form here though, due to healthier eating. Read more
The food here was EXCELLENT! My husband and I both got burgers. He got the The Big Patti and I got the Pretzel Bun Burger!!... Excellent for both choices!! We both got French Fries. Theirs is a little different than most but in the best kind of way. Theonly down side was our waitress seemed a lite over loaded and forgetful. Was most unfortunate. I am sure it was just not a goodday for her! We do plan to return to Fat Patty's if we ever back this way and would highly recommend everyone to try it!! Thefood es excellent!! Read more
