They don?t know how to properly make drink recipes that are advertised. Every coolata I?ve purchased has been so bitter you... can?t drink it, they taste awful. You can look at the color of the drink and see it isn?t being made properly. Management needsto take more time training staff and lead better. Will continue to use Barboursville location. Read more
Most of the time this is one of the best around the area. The day I visited was awful. I had gone inside for my order. The... employees were more concerned about the manager doing paperwork and not helping on the floor that while they were standingaround chatting only one male employee was running drinks to customers. I ordered thru the app and when I got there, the lady said they couldn't make my coolatta drink bc they're frozen thing wasn't... working. So we got the peach passion fruit refresher, the strawberry coconut refresher, a caramel swirl brown sugar cinnamoniced latte and a dozen donuts. This location on 5th Avenue is unbelievably detached. I don?t go often because I don?t want to be disappointed. Simply put,... every shift i?ve been here i?ve been ignored and pushed off for at least 20 minutes if i?m ordering something inside. Being theonly car in the drive thru still takes 20+ minutes. Edit: Orders are never correct! Just like this morning I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and got an everything bagel. No one... knows wants to listen to what you ordered and just do half way.. This location is about 5 minutes away from me, but I drive 35 minutes to the better location by the mall. This should show how... bad this location is. Without fail I get something wrong in my order. I also ask for cream cheese/butter and for it to be spreadon the bagel and they have excuses to not do it. ?They don?t provide us with the knife to spread the butter? ?they only give usthe small tubes of butter so we can?t spread it?.
